Cloud HIL
Terms
Cloudhil lets you send a pre-built ELF or BIN to real STM32 and LPC benches. These terms cover the site, the HTTPS API, and the remote MCP connector at https://cloudhil.com/mcp.
The service
- You compile locally. Cloudhil does not compile, and it does not offer GDB, SSH, or a debug probe.
- A flash runs for at most 20 seconds, then the board is erased (oneshot). This is a smoke test, not a long soak.
- Benches share one flash host. If that host is down, the API says so and does not program a board. There is no promise that a bench is online.
- One flash needs one Pay With Prompt voucher for merchant
cloudhil(10 credits = 1 flash), redeemed at paywithprompt.com. A voucher is spent only when Pay With Prompt accepts it. A second use is already spent.
What you must not send
- Option bytes, RDP, OTP/BSEC, LPC PFR/CMPA/CFPA, or FLASH/OPT unlock keys. Those images are rejected.
- Secrets, credentials, or personal data inside firmware or waitlist notes.
- Anything you are not allowed to run on hardware you do not own. You keep the rights to your firmware; you grant Cloudhil a short-lived right to copy it to the flash host, program it, and delete it.
No warranty
The benches are an evaluation service for traction and learning, not a paid availability product. Firmware can brick a session until erase, probes can quarantine a board, and results can be wrong. Do not use a Cloudhil run as the only proof that a product is safe to ship.
Pay With Prompt credits have no cash value here. Cloudhil does not sell flashes for money and does not refund a voucher. Privacy details are on the privacy page.
